Ingredients

In a shaker, combine:

2 ounces mezcal.
1.5 ounces lemon juice, and 0.75 ounces honey syrup
(1:1 ratio of honey to water).

Directions

Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist if desired.
