Ancestral Earl Grey Smash

Ingredients

50 ml Kalakas Ancestral

30 ml cold, concentrated Earl Grey & orange infusion

5 ml absinthe

15 ml honey

Directions

Pour the Ancestral Earl Grey Smash into a low glass filled with fresh ice. Stir gently to mix the honey and release the aromas of the Earl Grey and absinthe.

If you like, garnish with a twist of orange peel or a sprig of mint for a fresh touch.

Serve chilled. Perfect for enjoying at sunset or during a quiet moment as the night begins.
