Asunción Cuishe
700 ml
This handcrafted mezcal is made from Cuishe agave matured for 8 to 10 years. Produced in small, unique batches, the agave is cooked in a stone and wood-fired oven, milled with a stone tahona, and naturally fermented in oak wood vats. It undergoes double distillation in copper stills over a wood fire, resulting in a mezcal with 48% ABV that captures the essence of traditional Oaxaca.
Medium and elegant aromatic power, with a fruity and spicy character, almond, nanche, walnut, marzipan, in trigeminal a mild spiciness and medium warmth. Alberto Nacif ā Somelier
