Kalakas Ginger Gimlet

1 Serving
Ingredients

  • 50 ml Kalakas Espadín (45º)

  • 20 ml ginger cordial

  • 10 ml abanejo water

  • 20 ml lime juice

  • Ice

Directions

Strain the Kalakas Ginger Gimlet into a chilled coupe glass, letting its golden, luminous hue catch the light—bright and vivid, like sunlight breaking through after a desert storm. The coupe glass adds a touch of vintage elegance, presenting the cocktail like a finely cut gem.

Garnish with a lime twist: gently spiral it over the drink to release its essential oils, then rest it on the rim or let it drift on the surface. As you raise the glass, the scent of citrus rises to meet the warmth of ginger and the earthy complexity of Kalakas Espadín.

Best savored slowly, with good company—or in the quiet heat of introspection.
