The Grave Digger

Ingredients

Combine 2 ounces mezcal.
2 ounces spiced apple cider.
1/2 ounce lemon juice.
1/2 ounce Cointreau, and 2 dashes of orange bitters in a shaker.

Directions

Add ice and shake well.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a sprig of burnt rosemary for a smoky aroma.
